From Care to Confidence, Empowering young lives
Pathway 360 Care provides Supported Accommodation to 16-18 year olds in our 4 beautiful homes, which border the New Forest and Southampton area.
Let us introduce ourselves
‘Pathway 360 Care will promote the well-being of children by providing support delivered by highly motivated, skilled and supported staff, who have a commitment to meet the needs of all children.
Our aim is to welcome children into our beautiful, homes and be willing to offer a service for children who require support in bridging the gap between childhood and becoming a young adult. It is our mission to ensure that we support and encourage children to recognise and achieve their potential by offering a diversity of opportunities through education, nurturing, social interaction and inclusion, role modelling and independence skills.
We aim to provide a positive environment where children can flourish.
Our Team
We are a small but very passionate team at Pathway 360 Care. Relationship building is an integral part of our ethos and so all of the team are employed on either a Full-time or Part-time basis. We believe that not utilising Agency or Casual Workers allows for the children to feel safer in their home, in being supported by those who are familiar, predictable and consistent.

Accommodation & Support
All of our young people have an initial 6 week assessment period at the commencement of their placement with us. This enables us to identify with them the prominent areas of focus to form part of their plan. The outcomes of the assessment are held in collaboration with Social Workers/Professionals/Key adults in the child's life.
Alongside our 'Working Towards Independence' program, which covers practical elements of developing skills for independence, we also support our young people to better understand the importance of healthy relationships and the intricacies within the relationships in their lives and how, if needed, these can be improved upon. We also cover elements such as Positive Decision making, understanding their life journeys to date, aspirations for the future and how these can be obtained.
There is an expectation that all of our young people will engage in either Work, Training or Education as a part of their placement with Pathway 360 Care. All of our team are knowledgeable as to the local opportunities available to our young people and will support them to obtain a place where they wish.
We understand that for some of our young people, focusing on building independence skills may have to come secondary and that the initial focus needs to be on providing a space for them to feel safe and focus on their wellbeing. Our team at Pathway 360 Care are trained in both PACE and the Two Hands of Parenting as a supportive tool in managing behaviour and guide the young people via a trauma informed approach.
For those who have reached 18 years of age and are ready to move on from Pathway 360 Care, we offer a 'Staying Close' package, whereby the team will maintain an agreed level of contact with the young people, usually in the form of phone/video calls and physical visits. The aim of this being to provide the young person with some consistency within their relationships with staff and encourage engagement and commitment to their new home.
